The first impression of this company was great.  I called for an estimate to raise my garage door to fit my car in the garage.  They sent out some very knowledgeable service people and talked through what they could do and it was a reasonable price.  The sales people were very excited to satisfy my needs so I signed the contract. The service person who arrived to complete the project seemed to have zero background info on what the project was about which made me very nervous.  They were able to complete the work and I was very happy my car fit.  They did say they would have to return to install the light which I agreed to. Setting up an appointment to get the light installed was where things went downhill.  They only have appointments in 4 hour gaps so I had to rearrange my work to be available.  When the service person arrived to install the light, they asked me where it was.  I was not given the light from the first installation service person and it seemed the company was not prepared to do this simple task. I then had to make a 3rd appointment with this company and I was very clear of my schedule so they gave me a 1 hour window of when they could arrive.  55 minutes into the hour window, the service person called saying he was on his way.  Again, this service person had no background on my project so I had to quickly explain the situation.  I also had to leave my garage door open while I was at work since they did not arrive within the window agreed on. I would not hire this company again because of their lack of internal communication and organization in getting my project done. Update -  it has now been about two months since my new door was installed.  I pushed the button to close it and it fell off the track on one side.  The top section was now dangling over my car and the door was stuck half way open.  I frantically called their office and they sent two technicians out to fix the problem.  I was glad they fixed it that day, however, they had to send someone out for a fifth visit to make sure the door was installed correctly.  This fifth technician worked on the door for another hour.  I really hope this is the last time I have to interact with this company, their customer service and communication is dreadful and annoying.  Not once did someone apologize for this fiasco, not once did they instill confidence they knew what they were doing.

Conner provided excellent garage door service from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the available repair options and inventory clearly, which made the process easy to understand and helped me feel confident in the work being done. He also installed the keypad and walked me through programming and connecting the garage door through the app. Everything was set up properly, tested, and working smoothly before he left. I really appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer questions. My technician, Manny M., was prompt, thorough, methodical, and fast in his work. He kept me informed throughout the process and I learned quite a number of maintenance tips from him. He even installed replacement rollers that I had ordered earlier but have not gotten around to installing. He made quick work of the task and helped me check off one of my “honey-do” items! Rightway DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. They installed a new garage door for me. Everything leading up to the installation went really well. They sent a sales guy who spent two hours walking me through options, taking DETAILED measurements, and reviewing material samples. the door arrived about 6 weeks later as promised. Andrew, the installation tech, did a beautiful job with an especially challenging install due to our low garage ceilings. Unfortunately, after the install was complete it was clear that there were cosmetic defects with the doors. Andrew took a few photos and said that someone would be out to take a closer look and the door may need to be replaced. No one came out or called but after about a week of radio silence, someone sent a text that said 'we spoke to the manufacturer and they said this is how it's supposed to be'.   I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone at Rightway to explain the problem to them so I don't know how they even spoke to the manufacturer and of course both the manufacturer and Rightway are incentivized not to do anything about this. My dispute with them continues. All I can say is that if you buy from them, you better hope everything goes perfectly because they do not stand by their work and their after-service is non-existent.  Also, the fact that they do not manufacturer the doors allows them to punt the responsibility to the manufactuer. But since they are the ones buying the door on your behalf, you don't even have a clear line of redress with the manufacturer either. You are just stuck in no man's land.

Right Way Garage Doors has an afterhours call line, which is great for emergencies. My garage door tension coil snapped in the middle of the night, and I called their office. Surprisingly, someone answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Dean and his team were able to fix my tension coil within less than an hour. He even went above and beyond and tighten the hinges, and sprayed lubricant. He was able to fix my garage door and also explained a lot of technical and important details about maintaining the garage doors. Thanks Right Way Garage Doors! I decided to give Right Way Garage door a call due to our garage not opening. I set up an appointment and today our technician Neil.L called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Once Neil entered our garage he immediately knew what the problem was and it was that our springs were broken! Neil gave our options on different springs and price . Neil got right to work replacing the springs and checked that everything was in working order and lubricated.
