I’m still really happy with my decision to get the MaxLife springs. I was a bit caught off guard to learn these even existed, but I did some investigation and learned it really is a thing. I really wanted to be sure that my wife (or any of us) are never stuck at home. I’d rather pay more once, than buy springs multiple times and pay for replacements spring parts and labor multiple times. Dean also showed me how do some of the very basic maintenance myself since I asked, like lubricating, rollers, hinges, and the springs. Thanks again for the great work you did.

A second review of my experience with Right Way.
From our initial meeting with Dennis Murrell (sales) a couple of months prior to the installation of the door by Taihpan Tarlesson, our experience with Right Way has been fantastic. We just had our door installed on Thursday and I was amazed it could be done by one person. Taihpan took apart our almost 30 year old heavy wood door and efficiently installed our new Amarr door and Liftmaster garage door opener in about 6 hours. Even though the surface of the entrance to our garage floor was slightly uneven, he was able to adjust it so that the door sat flat. Taihpan was thorough and cleaned up all of the old hardware debris at completion. He also was able to salvage the existing six year old garage door opener so that we could use it in another home.
The process of our new garage door acquisition was very smooth. In between the initial meeting with Dennis to the installation by Taihpan, we had several communications with the staff at Right Way with quotes, contracts and updates, and they were all very courteous. Also, thanks to Aidan Medina, who came out and serviced our old door while awaiting the new door to arrive. All in all, a very positive experience, both in cost and interaction, with Right Way.
